ISLAMABAD: Senior members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) denied in video remarks aired on Saturday that party chairman Imran Khan had given them orders to target government buildings or military sites on May 9.

According to WELIVEGO News, the confessions were taped to thwart a "nefarious plan" intended to release false statements against the PTI chairman in the event that they were imprisoned, tortured, or blackmailed.

In their individually recorded video speeches, PTI leaders, including Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan, made it clear that the party and its chairman's top priority was to make Pakistan a rich nation.
The new fad claimed that PTI leaders were being abducted and that the abductors were obtaining recorded confessions of their choosing while under duress and coercion. Any other video statement than the one that was recorded would be dishonest, they declared.
"Therefore, these video statements recorded under oath should be kept safe and presented before courts as proof," they stated.
